In early 2003 the current owners of Spring Creek Vintners (The Neylon and Wiffin families) clearly identified the need for additional wine making services in Marlborough; it took another two years of resource consents and planning to finally get the project underway.
Our philosophy has always been to approach each situation from the winemaker’s perspective – “All of our resources have gone into providing a state of the art winery that does make award winning wines for exceptional winegrowers”

The Directors are:
John Neylon - CEO – has many years experience in the New Zealand mussel industry involved in the growing, processing, marketing and supply of leading edge mussel processing equipment.
Ian Wiffin - Managing Director - has over 25 years experience in horticulture and viticultural activities. Ian’s background is in corporate horticulture operating large scale apple, kiwifruit and vineyard properties along with their associated processing facilities and export marketing operations.
Brendan Neylon – Sales Manager - has project managed the development of Spring Creek Vintners, successive expansions and capital works programs.
